I've been delivering more than words my entire professional life, but More Than Words was born in 2001 when I drew together tried and tested methods of communications training and decided to combine them with newer concepts.

I believe everybody has the potential to become an amazing communicator. I also believe that they set their own limits without necessarily knowing it and need someone to show them how much more they can be and how to bridge the gap to becoming who they can be.

Success is often determined by personal perception, so I focus on equipping your people, from line managers to CEOs, with the ability to mould that perception, rather than leave it to chance.

I've delivered personal development programmes for clients across all sectors. That experience, combined with my business degree, acting training, my own corporate background and even the inspiration of teachers and authors, has given me the knowledge and techniques to help people meet their aspirations.

And that’s what this is all about – people. I’ve delivered courses in mainland Europe and as far afield as Dubai, Saudi Arabia, India and America, coaching people from a host of other nations, and there’s a commonality to people that makes the nature of my work accessible and relevant to all.
